‍Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring all projects are completed with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean surfaces to be painted, including patching holes and repairing surfaces as necessary.
- Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to surfaces such as walls, ceilings, trim, and exteriors.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment when working with hazardous materials.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Work closely with other construction team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood. 

‍Qualifications: Proven experience as a painter in the construction industry. - Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.- Ability to read blueprints and understand job specifications.- Strong attention to detail and precision.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Comfortable working in various weather conditions (for exterior work).- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment or materials.- Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time.
